Change creates anxiety within any group of people. Throw in the assumptions and expectations that usually follow and things can get very messy – fast! Dealing with these human issues is an absolute priority or revenues can quickly be derailed. One research study recently showed that 70% of change initiatives fail due to people issues. While another study showed that fewer than 10% of well-formed strategies are successfully executed. When change is not managed effectively the cost can be huge.
