At The Centre for Leadership Development e-learning means “engaging learning.” As follow-up to our other development programs we design web-based learning solutions with high quality content and a stimulating interactive interface.

It was Aristotle who originally identified three elements needed to powerfully communicate: ethos, pathos, & logos. These three elements form the basis for designing powerful learning experiences – that engage the whole person (values, emotions, and thoughts).

Most web-based learning experiences engage only the cognitive (thinking) part of the brain – the emphasis is on the technology – not on engaging imagination, enhancing performance, and enabling excellence. But when the other parts of the brain: affective (feeling) and conative (doing) are engaged then the whole person can truly develop.
